Analysis of Consultation Responses
There has been a good response to the Issues and Options consultation, which closed on 30 March 2007. Many useful comments and suggestions have been received by way of the questionnaire on the Issues and Options Paper and a separate questionnaire completed by pupils of schools in the area. The stakeholder events and public forums were also well attended and many ideas were put forward at those sessions.

The Central Lancashire City authorities are now reviewing the responses to the Issues and Options consultation and assessing the suggestions within them, in order to focus on the issues which are appropriate to a Core Strategy. We will produce a report of what we consider to be the main issues that have arisen from the consultation and we will be asking respondents if they think we have got it right.
